COOP Increases loyalty Index with services

Joana Angelica unit Coop-Consumer Cooperative, in São Caetano do Sul (SP), has undergone a recent modernisation. With the investment in the order of R $6 million, the project of revitalization of this unit involved the replacement of food cold chain, new visual communication, reform of the gondolas, expansion of the drugstore, air conditioning, floor, ceiling exchange and installation of control gates to avoid the misuse of parking lot. Beyond physical reform, the unit also went to autocaixas and today, 14% of the payments made are through this system.
