Lyondellbasell makes contact for Dutch acquisition from Braskem, says WSJ

SAO PAULO-the Dutch group Lyondellbasell made an approach to acquire the brazilian Braskem petrochemicals, published the Wall Street Journal on Monday.
According to the newspaper, an offer could evaluate Braskem as worth more than 10 billion dollars, making the brazilian company's shares shoot on B3.
At 15:38, Braskem's shares were up for auction, after reaching a high of 1.22, but nominations for auction paper output pointed to recovery of 10%.
