Hirota announces new format Unit Express

Hirota network announces the opening of a store in the format more express, business model inspired by the Japanese konbinis. After opening units in the District of Itaim Bibi and Vila Mariana, in São Paulo, the retailer reveals a new point of sale in the Food Court of the SuperShopping. To be opened in November this year, the unit will provide options of fresh dishes, ready and healthy, without preservatives, prepared daily in the kitchen of the network, as well as snacks, sandwiches, salads and desserts. Oriental cuisine is one of the highlights, with temakis, sushi, sashimi and lunch boxes (Japanese lunch box with well-balanced meal) and the line of functional dishes and healthy low calorie.
