JBS appoints Russ Colaco as CFO of JBS Foods International

São Paulo-JBS reported that Russ Colaco was appointed Vice President of JBS Foods International, new unit that will group the company''s operations outside of Brazil and will be listed on the New York Stock Exchange.
JBS corporate reorganization announced in may, the most recent measure of the largest beef processor in the world to become a global food company.
JBS Foods International assets will include the international operations of the group, as well as the harvest Foods.
"In addition to lead this process of reorganization, Russ will be responsible for all financial operations of the JBS Foods International and will report to Wesley Batista, JBS''s global CEO," the company said in a statement on Monday.
Russ served as Executive Director in the investment banking division of Morgan Stanley, where he advised several global companies in the consumer and retail segments, the company said.
