Solvay Indupa 70.59% sells for the brazilian Company

Brussels, May 3 (AFP)-2016 the chemical multinational Solvay announced on Tuesday a deal to sell the brazilian Unipar Carbocloro 70.59% stake in Argentine petrochemical Solvay Indupa. The total value of the company is of 202.2 million, indicated the group, and the sale is contingent on the approval of competition authorities. The Solvay Indupa petrochemical, founded in 1948, produces PVC and caustic soda. Has 956 employees, divided into two plants in Brazil and in Argentina.
