Coca-Cola launches '' green '' version in Brazil, with less sugar

São Paulo-in 25 countries, the "green version" of Coca-Cola finally came to Brazil.
The Coke "healthier", baptized outside of "Life", has 50% less sugars and uses leaf stevia (stevia), a natural sweetener, in counterpoint to the cane sugar.
The drink is sweetened with a mixture of both.
The idea is to reach consumers who like Coca-Cola, but who want to reduce their daily consumption of sugar.
According to the brand, the product will be across the country in the coming days.
In June, the first commercials and campaigns about the new Coke will arrive on television and the internet.
With labels and packaging, the soda will be available in PET bottles of 1 l and 1 l and can of 350.
The price will be the same as the original Coke.
The brand will also enjoy the support of the Olympic Games and Paralympic Games in Rio and the motto sport/health to promote the new product.
Delay
Before, this version of Coca-Cola, which was already ancient in other countries, was not released in Brazil by a standard account of the Ministry of agriculture.
6871/2009 decree did not allow non-alcoholic chalk different types of sugars and sweeteners in his compositions.
But the permission finally happened in December 2015 with Decree No. 8,592 at the Ministry.
