ACON Investments Acquires Slice on Dori Foods

The Acon Investments announced this week that its subsidiary, Acon Latin America Opportunities Fund IV, bought an equity stake in the Dori Food producer and Distributor, snacks and candies in Brazil. The company has revenue of more than 650 million R$ in 12 months until October. Second statement, through investment, the HA will support the controlling shareholders and management team of Dori to continue implementing the growth plan of the organization. The amount already raised with ACON''s investment will be used to reduce short-term funding and to finance investments and expansion plans of Dori.
