Frimesa has ten days to change the packaging of Greek yogurt

The Justice went back and granted within ten days to change their packaging Frimesa yogurts. The new injunction favours the Force, claiming similarity between the packaging of competitors and their line. The manufacturer had appealed the decision of Judge Maria Rita Rabello Pine Days, 18° civil court of Sao Paulo, which had determined last week that Frimesa products could remain on the market. It is also an appeal to the Court of Justice of São Paulo (TJ-SP).
The new decision does not include products already distributed, which will be in the manufacturing process or those that will be marketed for the next ten days, period stipulated by the justice for that make changing the labels Frimesa. Sonia Moreira, Frimesa's lawyer, declined to comment on the new decision.
