Deadline for agreement between SABMiller and InBev is extended

The United Kingdom agency tasked to oversee and regulate the acquisition of companies extended for the third time, for the next 11 days, the deadline for advance negotiations on the offer of 67.9 billion pounds (US $ 104 billion) of Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev) for the purchase of SABMiller.
