Videolar purchase petrochemistry Innova

The Videolar, company chaired by businessman Gaucho Lirio Parissoto, purchased the assets of petrochemistry Innova. The sale is part of Petrobras ' plans to dispose of non-strategic assets.
The manufacturer of polystyrene, resin used as raw material in the production of packaging, was bought by 870 million reais, and 23 million more in debt.
