São Paulo, August 2013. The Catupiry ® closes this August promoting collectible cans flavours and Recipes of Brazil with the marketing of the last special packing in honor of the southern region of Brazil. Consumers will have the chance to finish the collection to acquire the country's most famous cheese and enjoy two unique regional recipes: rice Carter with Catupiry ® and Barreado with Catupiry ®.
Special Collectible cans "recipes of Brazil" bring typical recipes of the South-East, South, Midwest, North and Northeast
This is more a tribute to Brazil and the trademark to Brazilians who appreciate good food. '' Brazil '' recipes traveled regions of the country in search of tasty dishes, which represent the diversity of our kitchen. In each one of the dishes chosen, Catupiry gives that touch with a unique and incomparable flavor. The result is a veritable parade of delicacies prepared with Brazil's most famous cheese.
This edition is dedicated to the southern region. With one of the lowest temperatures in the country, the southern region was the ideal place for European immigrants such as Germans and Italians, and also for the Japanese and Arabic. German and Italian cuisine, alongside the indigenous local habits, resulted in a diverse cuisine, which featured the barbecue, chicken with polenta, rice Carter and barreado. Are dishes that make contrast with coastal cuisine, which has as one of its icons the mullet on the tile. Beef jerky, rice, chicken, red cabbage, shrimp and fish are some of the ingredients of this kitchen set out in this region, next to the brasileiríssimo Catupiry ®
According to Paul Soles, Marketing Manager of Catupiry, "through these recipes, Catupiry, which for more than 100 years is part of the Brazilian flavors, lead times even more special for your home". And he adds: "the goal is to honor our land, so rich and at the same time full of peculiar ingredients".
