The expectation is that, next week, the new top-of-the-line reaches the milestone of 10 million units sold. The information was given by the CEO of Samsung, JK Shin to the newspaper Korea Times.
Sales of the device speed is impressive. Even more when you consider that the smartphone has been officially unveiled in mid-March and that its sales started only at the end of April. When compared to the Galaxy S, Galaxy S4 III shows that has everything to take to themselves the title of most popular smartphone manufacturer.
Still according to the Executive, the pace of sales of the current model is stronger than the Galaxy S III. To achieve the same level of 10 million units, the Galaxy S III needed to complete nearly two months.
By all indications, the brand marketing efforts have given result. Shin revealed that, for the Galaxy S4, the company decided to bet high in advertising to achieve users. Now it remains to be seen whether the new smartphone will have the same breath of its predecessor that in 5 months exceeded 30 million units.
In relation to its Apple competitor, however, Samsung still has a lot of homework to complete. That's because, when you compare the sales of Galaxy S4 with the numbers of the iPhone 5, it is clear that, in terms of speed, the Apple device even takes the best.
