Computer sales have retraction of-4%-at-3°-quarter

SÃO PAULO-Influenced by the growing expansion of tablets and smartphones, the computer market showed poor performance in the third quarter of 2013. Were sold 3.4 million units, representing 4% drop compared to the previous quarter and 15% compared with the same period last year. Total sales result, 61% are notebooks and 39% desktops. According to the IDC consultancy Brazil, the ultrathin have conquered the space of notebooks and had a 145% growth in sales compared to 2012 and 48% in the previous quarter.
