Contribution of 30 million in PE

Shopping Serra Talhada, located in the backlands of Pernambuco, will begin operating on Thursday (30).
The project received an investment of R$ 30 million and is located in the Neighborhood Of Our Lady of Penha, in the municipality of Serra Talhada.
The mall has more than 22,000 m² of built area and 75 stores, two of which are anchors: Le Biscuit and Americanas.
There is also a leisure area, 600 parking spaces and three movie theaters, each with a capacity of 103 seats.
Due to the pandemic, the shopping center will have shoe hygiene mat, temperature measurement and flow control.
