"Sambiquira" is the new chicken cut from the Itabom refrigerator. In packaging with 800g, the product is already being marketed in supermarkets, wholesale, butchers and specialized establishments in the state of São Paulo. According to the company, the cut is mainly aimed at preparing appetizers. To publicize the launch, Itabom will invest in communication in social networks such as Instagram and Facebook. Recently, the company has also developed packaging of the product Linguiça Fininha for food service.
