New Products at Bassi

Marfrig expands its portfolio with new picanha, angus and rib burgers. With 200g per unit, the novelties are part of Bassi, a gourmet brand of beef, and are already being distributed to supermarkets throughout the country. The launches are produced at Marfrig's unit in Várzea Grande, Mato Grosso, and, according to the company, are part of the strategy of offering high value-added products. Bassi also has whole cuts, fractional and bifados, cold and frozen. Marfrig recently announced a joint venture focused on plant items.
