Via Varejo joined the drive thru system in about 200 stores of the Casas Bahia and Pontofrio chains. The service was installed in the operations of the states of São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Goiás, Maranhão, Tocantins, Bahia, Minas Gerais, Paraná, Rio Grande do Norte and Piauí, in addition to the Federal District. In the format, customers can withdraw, on the same day, the orders placed by website, application or in the service "Call Me in Zap". Among the products available in drive thru are the categories of electronics and household utilities. According to the retailer, the Online Seller initiative represents 20% of internet sales. Today, Via Varejo has about 1,000 physical stores.
