Expansion in the Interior of Minas Gerais

This Thursday (30), happens the inauguration of the second cash & carry store of the bh supermarketchain. This time, the unit was installed in the municipality of Bocaiúva, in the interior of Minas Gerais. The point of sale has about 3,150 m², 16 checkouts and parking with 300 spaces. According to BH, the highlights of the branch are the bakery, butcher and hortifrúti sectors. The cash & carry also has cleaning, personal hygiene, food, bazaar, bomboniere, drinks, pet shop and perfumery sections. According to the network, the branch generated 120 direct jobs and offers telesales service. Due to the pandemic, the unit offers 70% gel alcohol and has acrylic screens in the boxes and access control of customers. Today, BH has more than 200 stores distributed throughout Minas Gerais. The network debuted in the cash & carry segment in September 2019, with the opening of its first operation in the municipality of Januária.
