BH Search Market in the Interior

Supermercados BH bought 14 stores and three gas stations of the Sales Supermercados group, which has its headquarters in Barbacena (MG). The acquisition will allow the expansion of the network in the interior of Minas Gerais, as well as its arrival in new cities of Campo das Vertentes and Zona da Mata. In the region, the flag already has units in the municipalities of Lafaiete and Juiz de Fora. The conclusion of the deal is subject to the approval of the Administrative Council of Economic Defense (Cade). With a growth projection of 5% this year, BH will also open units in Contagem, next Friday (15), and in Piumhi, on May 29. There are also two stores under construction in the capital of Minas Gerais and in the city of Ouro Preto. Supermercados Sales has three branches in Barbacena, three in São João del-Rei and one in Belo Horizonte, Contagem, Carandaí, Conselheiro Lafaiete, Santos Dumont, Juiz de Fora, Ubá and Muriaé. The gas stations are located in Barbacena, Ubá and São João del-Rei. All units will operate with the bh flag, which has 205 stores distributed throughout the state of Minas Gerais.
