RD and Extrafarma Present Results

Raia Drogasil recorded net income of R$ 143.275 million in the fourth quarter of 2019, an increase of 17.9% over the same period of 2018. Net revenue stood at R$ 4.785 billion, up 19.7%. During the year, the company posted gains of R$ 542.914 million, an increase of 6.5%, and an 18.2% increase in revenue, to R$ 17.502 billion. The Extrafarma network had a gross revenue of R$ 528 million in the fourth quarter, a stable value compared to the previous year. In 2019, gross revenue totaled R$ 2.174 million, 2% higher than the previous year. Extrafarma's base decreased 4% in the year, with 416 stores, 29 openings and 46 closures.
