Group 3corações Acquires 50% of Positive Brands

The Group 3corações, which specializes in cafes, and Positive Brands, which has brands such as The Chestnut And Jungle Tal, have teamed up to form a joint venture. Under the agreement, 3corações now have 50% of Positive Brands' total capital and will also share the composition of the Board of Directors. Positive Brands, which remains under the leadership of founding brothers Felipe and Rodrigo Carvalho and with the participation of Antonio José Gomes Teixeira de Carvalho on the Board of Directors, from now on, has the entire structure of the Group 3corações. The group has 28 distribution centers, reaching more than 400,000 points of sale throughout the country.
