Acquisitions Reinforce Fintech Pay Hub's performance

Linx, which specializes in retail software, announces the acquisition of PinPag, which provides services for means of payment, and Neemo, which develops applications and delivery platforms. According to the company, acquisitions expand the performance of its fintech, Linx Pay Hub, and bring partners from new segments to their customer base. The purchase of PinPag was made for r$ 135 million and will assign 17,000 new customers to Linx, which will provide new installment solutions in its service offering. Neemo's acquisition was carried out for R$ 17.6 million and reinforces the company's presence in the food service.
