Government of the State of SP Authorizes Installment

As in previous years, a decree authorizes the Treasury Department to collect (in two installments) the Tax on Circulation of Goods and Services (ICMS) of December sales of the retail sector, with exemption from fines and interest. In fecomercioSP's assessment, the measure is positive for retail entrepreneurs, who will be able to pay 50% of the tax on sales in December, Christmas month, in January, and the second quota of 50% by February 20, 2020. The Government of the State of São Paulo granted the same benefit in 2013, 2014, 2016, 2017 and 2018
