CADE approves acquisition of full control of Solar by Engie Engie Brazil

The Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) approved without restrictions the acquisition of full control of Solar by Brazil, Engie Engie through the purchase of shares currently held by the RPF and Dual companies G, as order in the Official Gazette of the This Union Monday (23).
The Engie Solar is specialized in photovoltaic solar energy solutions for residential, commercial and industrial, which includes the development, sale, installation, operation and maintenance of photovoltaic panels to power less than 5 MW.
Its shareholders are Engie Brazil, RPF and Dual G, with no holds, on an individual basis, the corporate control. But with the endorsement of the Cade, the French group will stop 100% Engie of Engie.
"As the Engie Brazil is inserted in the market of complete and customized solutions for photovoltaic solar energy only through your participation in the Engie Solar, soon acquiring your control by Engie Brazil ... does not configure a reinforcement in overlay horizontal or vertical integration, "said Cade in your opinion.
