Russia's breweries don't predict sales growth due to the World Cup

MOSCOW/LONDON (Reuters)-the prospect of thousands of football fans coming to Russia for the World Cup during the local summer should be a great incentive for the country's beer market, but the factories are not seeing a lot of reasons to stay optimists.
Local sales of beer decreased by more than 30% over the last decade due to tariff increases and sales and advertising rules more stringent, and the breweries do not expect a major reversal of the trend this year.
