Belgian company Buy Brands whim and Mardam

The Drylock Technologies Corporation, based in the city of Zele, in Belgium, announces the acquisition of Brazilian manufacturers of disposable diapers whim and Mardam. The Drylock Brazil will be the only shareholder of Brazilian companies and provides for annual gross sales of 100 million euros, with the merging of the two companies. The Brazil is the fourth largest market of care for babies in the world, with annual sales of diapers of 1.7 billion euros. Already the Brazilian market of adult care is currently 450 million euros. With the merger, Drylock will represent Brazil 7% market share in the segment of babies and 8% market share in the segment of adult care.
