Only 20% of employees use the health plan correctly

The health plan is one of the benefits most valued by workers, but, in General, he isn't well used when purchased, according to a survey conducted by the risk manager JLT Brazil. The research shows that 24% of employees with health insurance, in a 750,000 lives examined, not using the plan, and would need to have regular medical follow-up. 20% already use the benefit of randomly and 34% use the service, but do some preventive tests such as mammograms. Of the total, only 20% of the employees use the health plan in a manner considered correct.
