Leroy Merlin Leaves Store 100% Omnichanel

Leroy Merlin has implemented a new in-store buying experience São Bernardo do Campo (SP), which started operating 100% in Omnicanal. It is the integration of your site and the mobile sales in stores. Sellers register the order or budget on smartphones, which can read barcodes directly in the place where the products are exposed, and have access to all the information available on the site as pictures, movies, tips for installation and use. In addition, the waiting time to be granted has been reduced and the same seller can serve multiple clients at the same time. Another advantage is that as the solution runs on a smartphone, the seller can serve its customers out of the store, too.
Next step according to Leroy Merlin, the next phase of the project is to finalize the integration between site, e-commerce and sales assisted solution to enhance the shopping experience. This will allow the applications started in e-commerce to be accessed, supplemented, modified and paid in stores or vice versa.
