Sweet Farm wants to grow 40% working in SP

Mining manufacturer sweet Farm invests in new representatives in Sao Paulo, to grow to 40% during a year. The company has a production and, like culture, direct contact with the consumer, as it reveals the Director Peron, Glaucio manufacturer, exclusively for the Turning News Newspaper: "our competitive advantage is to make sweets 100 giants up to 500 kg. We''re involved with something called cultural resonance. People want to go back to the simplicity of things, not the sophisticated, to very elaborate. For us, it is to the way my grandparents did. " Currently, the Farm produces sweet on a family farm and has a showroom in Poços de Caldas (MG), that became a franchise.
Products the company does not have as sell their products to large supermarket chains, only for specific retailers as emporiums, bakeries, dairy stores and typical products. "The retailer buys a piece of 100 kg of sweet and will resell to pieces for the consumer end fractioned", explains Peron. The giant candy have flavors such as coconut, pumpkin custard: with coconut milk with peanuts, pingo, guava, prestige and cocada with plums. Another product is the pot line (24 oz.), developed from more elaborate packaging and recycled paper, to pass the identity. In this version, for example, has the flavors orange in syrup, pumpkin in syrup and creamy guava. As a trend, the company develops candies with organic fruit, from own production.
The Tradition Continues.
Currently a difficulty that the company has faced are health surveillance standards, according to Perón, may mischaracterize the tradition of how the sweets are made. "Today they are so rigid that we''re losing a tradition in making our candy. Imagine a guava which need to do all your industrial process and no longer in the pot. You can''t pass the pasta in colander and can no longer make the candy in the wooden spoon. The mining tradition did this all my life and suddenly there comes a consenting party which in this bar. So, we try to produce the more artisan can, of course, within the current legislation, "says the Director.
