Group billing Apothecary 7.5% in 2016, grows to R$11,4 bi

SAO PAULO-the Pharmacist Group announced on Thursday that ended with 2016 revenues of 11.4 billion reais in retail, high of 7,5% on to the previous one.
The company, which controls the brands O Boticário, Eudora, who said, berenice? and The Beauty Box, opened 100 new stores last year, double the expected, ending the period with 4,063 units by adding the four flags.
"This result is the fruit of bets made in recent years. We created three brands, open more channels of relationship with the consumer, modernize and strengthen our franchised network, "said the Chief Executive of the group, Artur Grynbaum, in a note.
The rival Natura was discharged from 1,7% in consolidated gross revenue in 2016, but operations in Brazil had fall of 1,7%, to 7.76 billion reais. Net sales last year fell Natura 1,6%, being that in Brazil fell 4,6%.
