Collection of baggage could encourage entry of new news areas, says President of Anac

RIO DE JANEIRO-the President of the National Civil Aviation Agency (Anac), José Botelho, returned to defend the liberalization of passenger luggage collection of airlines and said that measures that stimulate free competition could help Brazil to attract low-cost companies.
