CADE authorizes transfer of the brand the Lysoform Bombril to Johnson Wax

São Paulo – the Administrative Council for economic Defense (Cade) recommends the adoption, without restrictions, the Act of concentration that authorizes the transfer of the mark by the Bombril Lysoform Waxes Johnson (SC Johnson & Son Inc).
The General Superintendence of the Cade decision is published in the Diário Oficial da União (GIVE) this Wednesday, 11, and is still subject to appeal or recall within 15 days.
However, the Bombril informs you that the closing of the sale of trademarks is subject to compliance with other conditions precedent provided for in contract.
On 14 December, the company announced the contract with Johnson Wax for transfer of a portfolio of brands and other assets related to Lysoform product line against payment of R$ 47,590,000.
