Raul Anselmo cuvée sparkling RAR launches Randon in partnership with Miolo Wine Group

RAR, in partnership with Miolo Wine Group, presents to the market a novelty. This Cuvée sparkling golden edition RAR, a brand signature RAR, prepared by Miolo Wine Group, one of the leading wine groups of Brazil. The name of the product translates the concept of sophistication and distinguishes drink prepared from the first and most noble grape pressing.
The new sparkling wine will be presented to a select group of guests, on 13 October at 7:30 pm, at the restaurant of the Lake, near the facilities of Randon companies, in Caxias do Sul (RS).
In the production of grapes RAR, through its unit only Vitis vinifera varieties cultivated by Rasip, at driving system in espaldeiras at an altitude above 1000 m, resulting in a superior terroir and his whole production is destined for the award-winning wine RAR. The area cultivated with wine grapes is 80 ha and production reached 660 tonnes in 2013 in varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, Gewürztraminer, Chardonnay and Viognier.
"With the market growing around 10% to 15% per year, according to data from the Brazilian Institute of Wine, sparkling wines have gained an increasing space in the hall of good drinks consumed by Brazilians. With this product family RAR, we are sure we approach even more than consumers who appreciate the pleasures of life, through quality products, "says the Managing Director of Rasip, Sérgio Martins Barbosa.
With ideal temperature of consumption between 6ºc and 8ºc, the sparkling yellow straw colour with features CuvéeRAR greenish tones, thin presence, good, refreshing acidity and creaminess fine aromas of citrus, pineapple and honey, merged the typical aromas of ageing. It is ideal as an aperitif or even enjoyed alone in contemplative attitude or festive.
