ECONOMIC SCENARIO WORRIES PIRASSUNUNGA

The beverage industry expect to wrap up with a 2014 growth of 5 to 10% higher compared to last year, said Carolina de Tommaso, Director of marketing at Pirassununga, exclusively to Spin News Portal. The expectation is related to the positioning of the company. "By working with products of low cost and good quality, which tend not to suffer or impact or to grow in scenarios like this, since the consumer is more worried about their spending, sales remain stable.", explains Carolina.
The bet of the company, which still has its strength concentrated in business of cachaça, is counting on the growth and the support of three other categories, to achieve this growth: the vodka market, the market of mixtures of rum and vodka, beyond Ice beverage market with the good performance of these other categories and the low impact of any negative economic scenarioat Pirassununga predicts a 2015 more growth, at the same level of 2014, according to marketing director.
