Sliced Chicken Fillet

The Itabom refrigerator expands its portfolio with a sliced chicken fillet with individually standardized weight. The novelty is focused on butchers and the food service sector, in addition to retail.
According to the company, the product has three weight ranges: from 80g to 100g, suitable for breaded chicken; from 100g to 120g, designed to bread; and from 120g to 160g, aimed at made dishes. The sliced fillets will be distributed in the state of São Paulo.
Itabom's portfolio also has whole chickens, interfoliated, kids, sausages, colds and frozen.
