Revenue Rises in May

In May, supermarkets, hypermarkets and cash & carry chains recorded a 12.5% growth in revenues in Brazil, compared to the same period in 2019. The frequency of consumer purchases decreased by 3.1%, while the average ticket increased by 30.92%.
