Chat2Desk Arrives in Brazil

Chat2Desk, a Russian communication platform, starts the operation of its first branch in Brazil. With customer relationship management software, the company's solution integrates communications by WhatsApp, Facebook, Messenger, Telegram, Viber, Instagram, Skype, Twitter, WeChat, email and SMS. According to Chat2Desk, the digital call center offers management of new messages between groups and operators, as well as supervisors to control the quality of communication with customers. Platform solutions include: trigger creation and messaging, three 24-hour Chatbot options, and conversation analysis metrics, channels and operators.
