Vamos's ipo can move up to R$ 1.5 billion

The heavy vehicle rental company Vamos, controlled by logistics company JSL, announced on Thursday (5) the timing of its initial stock offering, which can move up to R $ 1.5 billion. According to the notice to the market, the base operation comprises the primary offering -- new securities, the proceeds of which go to the company's cash -- of 36.666 million shares, in addition to another 19.4 million of the secondary offering -- securities held by the company's current partners. The company, however, will have the option to sell an additional lot of up to 11.2 million shares and another additional tranche of up to 8.41 million shares, an alternative generally used to meet cases where there is excess market demand. The offer can reach up to R$ 1.5 billion, taking into account the maximum price of the price range estimated by the coordinators of the offer, from 15 to 20.20 reais per share, and the full sale, including additional and supplementary lots. The company predicts in the document that the pricing of the offer will take place on March 25, two days before the debut of the business with the company's shares in the B3 trading session.
