With a drop in interest rates, 60% of the middle and upper classes consider financing property

A total of 60% of Brazilians in the middle and upper classes are considering financing the acquisition of home ownership after the interest rate cuts seen throughout the year, according to a survey conducted by the OpinionBox Institute on demand from Loft, a startup that purchase, sale and renovation of real estate. The survey also showed that 92% of Brazilians still feel safer owning the property. That is, they prefer to buy rent.
