Coca-Cola Buys Costa Coffee Network

Coca-Cola announces that it has completed the acquisition of coast, a British network of cafes, which belonged to the British Leisure Group Whitbread, for $ $4.9 billion. The transaction has been approved by regulators in the European Union and China.
