BRF Finalizes sale of QuickFood for Marfrig

The BRF announces completion of sale of 91.89% of Argentine company QuickFood to Marfrig, specializing in beef. The food company announced the operation in early December, by the value of $ $60 million. Already the process of sale of the land and of the equipment of the BRF, in Várzea Grande (MT), waiting for the previous conditions check to be done, says the company. According to the BRF, the transaction is part of the plan to reduce the debt.
