Unilever acquires manufacturer of natural products

Unilever has just set the acquisition of 75% of Italian Balances, manufacturer of natural food supplements and personal care products founded in 1987 by Franco Bianco, and known by the use of plant-based ingredients in your recipes . Leader in nutritional supplements in Italy, the Balances will be administered as a stand-alone business, even with the presence of the founding family and the current management team.
