The number is 15.5% higher than the average of 199 complaints per hour recorded in last year's event. The accumulated total of complaints from Black Friday 2018, the complain here sum 4,058 complaints. Mobile phones follow the lead between the claimed products, with 11% of the total. The following are TV (5.6%), airfare (4.8%), tennis (3.9%) and credit card (3%). The State of São Paulo is responsible for 41% of cases, followed by Rio de Janeiro and Minas Gerais, tied with 11 percent.
