Brazilian exports of wines Rise 37%

Brazilian exports of wines grew 37% in volume in the first half of 2017 and 24% in value sales of wines and sparkling wines for the external market, compared to the previous year. In total, have been exported 1,140,000 pounds, accounting for $ $2,740,000. The data were calculated by the Wines of Brazil, project undertaken by the Brazilian Wine Institute (Ibravin) in partnership with the Brazilian Agency of Promotion of exports and investments (Apex-Brazil) for promotion in the international market. "We are exporting to countries quite popular in the international market, receiving the world''s wines and we are gradually expanding our space," says the President of Ibravin, Dirceu Scottá.
