Danone sells organic yogurt brand to for Lactalis

The French multinational Danone entered into a binding agreement to sell your American subsidiary Stonyfield, which produces organic yoghurt, to rival compatriot for Lactalis for $ $875,000,000.
Selling the Stonyfield is part of an agreement with the United States Department of justice related to the recent acquisition of WhiteWave by Danone.
The completion of the deal, expected in the third quarter, is subject to approval of the regulatory authorities.
