Natura negotiates purchase of The Body Shop cosmetics network

SÃO PAULO-Natura intends to purchase 100% of the shares of The Body Shop International and your group of subsidiaries, with closing of the operation in 2017. The binding offer was presented to the L '' Óreal in Paris and consider the value, enterprise value of €1 billion.
According to a note sent to the press, the integration will take the group to a consolidated turnover of Natura R $11.5 billion, 17000 employees, 3200 shops and a portfolio of over 2000 products, in addition to 1.8 million independent sales consultants.
