House of shrimp invests in two new lines

With an investment of about R $1.5 million, the brazilian seafood network introduces two new lines that will be the company''s bets for this year, they are: the line of drumsticks with two flavors of shrimp and cod and frozen ready meals, complete, already available in 5 flavors and two side dishes. "Within the area of food service, we believe that, with these releases, there is an increase of up to 30%. In retail, the intention is to end the year with 25% increase with the new lines ", reveals Rodrigo Perri, Managing Director of the company, in an exclusive interview to the newspaper Fun News. "We had before the plate ready frozen but, it was just the shrimp sauce with shrimp. From now on, consumers already buys the full dish with shrimp sauce, rice and monitoring ", he adds. According to projections, the company projects a 15 percent growth in sales this year compared to last year. In addition, sales for the supermarket industry should represent up to 2018, at least 20% of the total turnover of the company.
New product lines after line has the flavors shrimp and cod, available in 500 g pounch packing. Already the frozen ready meals, complete, already have two trims: rice and straw potatoes; the flavors of frozen ready meals for home consumption are: Shrimp, Shrimp cream sauce 4 cheeses, Shrimp Alfredo sauce, shrimp Provencal sauce and traditional Paella. The complete frozen ready meals are being distributed and drumsticks will be available on the shelves from the next few months.
New shops in 2017 currently has 160 restaurants in operation, 120 units and 40 franchises, the network casts a shy growth toward opening new stores in 2017.
