Pastry chefs are trying to build the world''s largest chocolate in Uberaba

Pastry chefs from various parts of the country are in Uberaba and will build a chocolate sculpture that claims to be the largest in the world. The work is done during the first Expocolate, that occurs until next Friday (24), at the Mall. According to the organizer of the event, John Smith, the structure, made of solid chocolate is shaped like a rabbit. Has 4.80 meters and will weigh approximately five tons.
"We came up with the idea after a search in which we find out that there is already a record in chocolate sculpture, including rabbit-shaped, that is what we intend to do. So, since we are near of Easter, we beat this record. Being laborious, but we are very happy because we are confident that we will achieve, "said the Organizer.
The rabbit is built inside a bell jar, inside the Mall. According to the Organizer, the fiscal Health are monitoring the construction of the sculpture, instructing the confectioners.
"Every day a fiscal monitors and gives information on how to proceed in the construction. The staff is all uniform. The care is very great because then the chocolate will be consumed, "explained John.
At the end of the Assembly, the chocolate bunny will go through an assessment of a team from the Guinness Book and then will be distributed to visitors of the exhibition.
