BELGRADE (Reuters)-Swiss drugmaker Amicus SRB and the brazilian made binding offers by EMS participation of 93% in Serbia Galenika pharmaceutical, reported the Ministry of economy of Serbia.
Belgrade wants to sell the Galenika as part of an effort to privatize, close or reduce unprofitable State, coupled to a 1.2 billion euro agreement with the International Monetary Fund (IMF), but pharmaceutical''s debts have away investors.
The Ministry of economy said in a statement on Wednesday that envelopes with financial offers will be opened after the proposals have been verified.
