Electrolux brand purchase appliances in Latin America

Swedish Electrolux announced it will assume the rights of trademark appliances in Latin America, after the brazilian Court administering the bankruptcy of Mabe accepted the offer of 70 million dollars for acquisition of intellectual property of the bankrupt company.
"Continental will be a valuable asset for Electrolux, supporting continuous and profitable growth in our region," said Ricardo Cons, Director of business area of Electrolux Major Appliances in Latin America, in a statement to the market on Monday.
